1. Call your doctor. Your Primary Care Physician (PCP) will tell you how to get appropriate care. You can call your doctor at any time of the day, including evenings and weekends. In the event you are not able to reach your Physician, you may go to an Urgent Care facility affiliated with your Medical Group.
2. Chat with a Nurse. Nurse24, WHA’s Nurse Advice Line is available 24/7/365 at 877.793.3655. You can also chat online with a Nurse by registering online at mywha.org/healthsupport. Highly-trained registered nurses are available to help you address questions and concerns about symptoms, treatment choices or medical questions. 3. Call 911. If an Emergency situation arises whether you are in WHA’s service area or outside of the service area, call “911” immediately or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room. WHA covers you for Urgent Care and Emergency Care services wherever you are in the world.
